Embrace Serenity Luxe 2BR, Deck altíssimo

The lake is nice. The condo was 3 star. Not LUXE by any measure Negative: The apartment is basically nice but also very dated and in much need of TLC. Some examples — the screen door on the balcony door does not work properly, one of the (mismatched) lamps in the main bedroom need to be plugged and unplugged from the wall to work, the door lock to that bedroom is not working properly , the bathtub is missing the plug etc etc . The condo looks at a mobile trailer park and parking lot with mountains in the back. The kitchen cabinets and some walls and doors are scruffed . Also, the rooftop deck is a joke — some 100 year couches and dirty tables and grills.

Ok stay people the problem Positive: N/a Negative: Very noisy people upstairs

It’s okay. Positive: Location is great. Negative: Host did not answer inquiries and recommendation but replied right away about additional payment. Check in is too late and check out is too early. We heard heavy steps and jumping on the floor above us until very late at night.

Excelente estancia Positive: La ubicación es perfecta. Y las instalaciones bien cuidadas. Teníamos todo en la cocina y los dos baños bien completos. Se agradece que tenga elevador ya que uno de nosotros tenía muletas.

I’m very unimpressed with the hidden and expensive cleaning fee. Positive: Location was great and comfortable beds. Negative: I do not appreciate the expensive $100 cleaning fee and to arrive and the place not be immaculate. The towels were damp and smelt of mildew. Other towels that had brown stains. Stain behind door handles in the bathroom (yikes). Other bathroom had no hand soap. Your insanely high cleaning fee does not add up.
