They went above and beyond and gave us an extra blanket even though it was late already. 10/10 Positive: The place was huge — this was our second time here and it was just as amazing! We didn’t realize the rooftop was where all the fun was! The bbq was great, same with the fireplace and the pool table. The kids had a blast! We will make this a spring break thing for our family from now on! Negative: Nothing it was perfect

Very good ,love it but quite dirty Positive: Spacious Negative: Dirty,a lot of fingerprints which I had to spray snd wipe myself in on of the rooms with two beds its hard to breathe

Great vacation place to stay! Positive: It was a great place to say.. Walking distance to the lake. My whole family love it specially the loft bed. We just wasn't able to figure out first how to use the property parking. It was paid in advance but the direction on how to access it was not given ahead of time. Still they was able to respond to us even its a little bit late in a day. The elevator broke down on the day we were checking out so it's a bit of a hassle going 4 levels of stairs. Over all we enjoyed our stay and hoping to be back there soon. The host was kind. They don't give us extra charges when I made changes on the no. of guest.

Will not come back anymore, and will consider not take booking.com as a booking agent Positive: spacious Negative: We were extremely disappointed with our stay. First of all, the hairdryer caught fire while in use — a serious safety hazard. On top of that, there was no hot water on multiple occasions and no shower gel provided. The listing described the property as having three rooms, but this was misleading. One “room” had no door and a large window without any curtains, which made it impossible to sleep due to the light. The overall condition of the property and the lack of basic amenities fell far below reasonable expectations. We will be formally reporting this to Booking.com as the listing was not accurate and the stay was unacceptable.

It is a nice place and we would come again Positive: Price, layout, location, kitchen Negative: It needs a more thorough cleaning, i.e. floors, baseboards, kitchen drainboard. The walls are very marked and damaged, much could be cleaned off but should be repainted.
