Positive: Very spacious apartment with high ceiling, two bathrooms, great kitchen, and enough supplies. The views and balcony were an added bonus.

Positive: Enough space for 8 people Good view Negative: The bed was very noise when you turn over during sleep.

Overall a pleasant stay with decent amenities in a beautiful location that could use some improvent to boost the satisfa Positive: The location was excellent. Free parking on site was very convenient. 4 bedrooms and 3 washrooms (cleaned well with shampoo/conditioner and body wash), washer/dryer/dish washer were perfect for our group. Communication with the customer service agent was consistently prompt. Negative: Communication with the customer service agency could be improved. Detailed and thorough explanations regarding some of the issues/questions and amenities I brought up were lacking, unclear or ignored. Cleanliness was poor. For example, drips and spills were clearly evident on the outside of the kitchen cabinets, food crumbs on and inside the drawer below the oven, kitchen counters not wiped down properly, grimy/dirty kitchen sponge, dirty under the living room ottoman which clearly indicated vacuuming only occurs around it. Kitchen supplies were sparse. No pitcher, platters, serving bowls. Basic food supplies such as cooking oil, sugar, salt/pepper, and foil/plastic wrap with the box would be appreciated by your guests I’m sure. Smart tv with streaming services or chrome cast feature would be nice especially for rainy weather days and evenings. With the number of guests checking in and out at the same time more luggage carts to keep the guests from having to go up and down multiple times to load and unload with only one elevator would make the process more efficient and less stressful before the 10am deadline.

This place was awesome and very up to date with all the arrangements for our 12 member stay at hot springs on the weekend. The host was very efficient and prompt to any special requests via email and the check in/check out process was seamless. Will definitely stay at this place next time. Had a great experience!
