You're Getting What You Pay For Positive: The location was great, along with the size of the unit. It was ideal for a family of 5. Negative: The unit is in a state of disrepair. The drawers in the kitchen were all in bad shape, not opening or falling all the way out when opened. Keurig machine didn't work, the reservoir at the top wouldn't shut. Bathroom shower curtain was stained pink, shower filled with water as the drain didn't work properly, and the toilet paper holder was completely rusted. No to mention, the entire unit was fairly dusty. In addition, I reached out before checking in to request a late check out and I was asked to make my request again, the day prior to checking out. I did so and was told that I would receive an answer when they heard back from housekeeping. I never did get a reply so no late check-out was possible (I didn't want to chance staying late as I received an email the day prior to check-out stating if you check out 10 minutes late, you will be charged $100; 30 minutes late and you're charged another night). The front door also malfunctioned at one point and my family and another group staying here were stuck outside until someone exited and we could get in.

Overall was good. Positive: Good location. Close to everything. The place is clean. Staff is friendly and answer questions quickly. Negative: The heat at the living room did not work. But they provided portable heater and fixed the fireplace.
