Suite Penthouse panorámica de 3 habitaciones con vista al lago desde la azotea

Nice from afar, but far from nice Positive: Large suite with lots of room Negative: Pestered by text and emails. Suite was in disrepair..damage throughout the suite-several holes in walls, large gouges taken out of corners, old water damage, king bed was broken, missing glass panel on one of the showers, cracked sink, heater was very loud from mini splits..all in all, just disappointing conditions..apparently if you are 10 min past checkout of 10am they charge you $100. Their cleaners need 5 hours to clean the suite and the 10 min means they have to hire another cleaner and charge you for it so they can hit the 3pm check in for the next client, but our allowed check in time was 4pm🤔. Not welcoming or inviting with all this going on.

Positive: Everything Negative: Hot tub would be great :)

A great place to relax. Positive: Very comfortable and relaxing. Negative: Cannot think of any since my family enjoyed the stay and will stay longer in future.

Positive: Location and place Negative: It's not a safe place no service and no safety. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Overall it was a perfect getaway Positive: Everything was great Negative: Early check out. We had to rush because we had little kids
